These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between OrderX Logitech ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and the entity or person accessing our services ("Customer", "you"). This Agreement governs your use of our website, Order Management System (OMS), Courier Portal, Cash on Delivery (COD) services, order fulfillment, warehousing, and any other services offered by OrderX Logitech (collectively, the "Services").
By signing up for our Services or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1.1 "Services" means all products and services offered by OrderX Logitech, including but not limited to COD delivery, Order Management System (OMS), Courier Portal (3PL), Meta Marketing, Order Fulfillment, and Warehousing.
1.2 "Customer" means any individual or business entity that registers for or uses our Services.
1.3 "User" means an employee, contractor, or other individual associated with Customer who has been provisioned with access to the Services.
1.4 "Order" means a request for delivery services submitted by Customer through our platform.
1.5 "COD" means Cash on Delivery, a payment method where the customer pays for goods upon delivery.
2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Registration You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2.3 Acceptable Use You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3.1 Service Descriptions We provide logistics and eCommerce solutions as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time.
3.2 Fees Fees for our Services are as specified on our website or in any order form. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.3 COD Remittance For COD deliveries, payments collected from customers will be remitted to you within 24-48 hours of delivery, subject to applicable fees and deductions.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all orders, including recipient name, address, phone number, and order details. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by you.
You may not ship the following items through our Services:
We reserve the right to refuse or return any shipment containing prohibited items at your expense.
All content, features, and functionality of our website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of OrderX Logitech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderX Logitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OrderX Logitech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
